Torvanta is a technology platform that connects construction companies, contractors, and labour contractors. Torvanta does not act as an employer, contractor, agent or partner in any project agreements.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate registration information
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Torvanta may suspend accounts for misuse

4. Listings and Bidding

Project listings and bids are created by users. Torvanta does not guarantee accuracy or performance of any user or project.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the platform may require paid subscriptions. Payments once made are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct

• Submit fraudulent listings
• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass or misuse other users

7. Intellectual Property

All Torvanta branding, software, and platform content are owned by Torvanta.

8. Limitation of Liability

Torvanta shall not be liable for disputes, damages or losses arising between users of the platform.

9. Termination

Torvanta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India.
